I took my 2023 Volvo XC90 in for a tire balancing service, and I was very impressed. They balanced the tires quickly and professionally. They also found and removed a plastic piece that had been left inside one of the tires by a previous shop, which had been causing a strange noise. They didn't even charge me extra for taking care of it. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop!

As a female who is not familiar with cars, I took my car to their shop because my tire lights were on. They check and reprogram it for absolutely nothing. I was shocked because other places I have visited alway charged me money. They were easy to talk to. I love their service. Great customer service. I will recommend them to anyone.

R$R really came thru for me when I needed tires. I'll let you know right now, when you sign that contract they WILL hold you to it. Understandable ‼️ I get it. But still after being late a few times , they always seem to come thru. First and foremost you Must communicate. Ms Rose is always very helpful. All in all they get five stars for customer service and for DOING EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. Thanks guys.
